Professional Background
I have spent the majority of my professional career at a public, land-grant institution in student-facing and administrative roles, including recruitment and outreach, teaching, leading international programs, and shepherding academic advising and curriculum development activities at both the departmental and college levels. I strive to provide real-world and practical opportunities for students to grow personally and professionally so they become the best version of themselves and are equipped to serve the global agricultural community well.
In 2023, I shifted my focus to international capacity development efforts using agricultural education as the vehicle to empower women and youth and promote flourishing in rural communities.
Today, it is an honor to teach university students, lead mission teams, and serve around the globe through agriculture to enhance the lives of others.
