Mississippi is home to the "Sweet Potato Capital of the World" and I love being able to access locally grown potatoes to make fresh muffins! This crop, however, is one that requires many more hands to produce compared to other crops. Without a reliable domestic workforce and without H-2A visa reform, availability of this precious commodity may be in jeopardy. Support MS sweet potato growers!
